This BT Optio low level order picker with elevating platform provides high-intensity order picking at the first and second levels. The truck ensures optimum productivity by offering fast travelling speeds and easy on/off access, allowing for shorter operating time and excellent truck usability. The scissor forks allow for more ergonomically sound picking
Scissor forks
To make picking on ground level more comfortable for the operator, the forks can raise the pallets or roll cages to ideal working height.
E–man Steering System
Allows the operator to move the steering column to either side of the central position, enabling the operator to move the truck backward/forward while walking alongside the vehicle. A steering safety feature protects the operator when the truck is not in the normal operating position.
Elevating platform
For second level picking, this model comes with a platform that elevates to 1 m. Easy to control via the E-man steering system and the hands-free lowering system.
Storage
Shrinkwrap and tools can be stored within easy reach.
E-bar
Optional powered E-bar lets you mount ancillary equipment easily.
Smart truck
